1. What is the difference between UTIP Classic and UTIP 2024?

UTIP 2024 is a modernized version of the platform with enhanced performance, faster order execution, and a new web interface. It features an updated charting engine, economic calendar, lead generation tools, and Telegram bot integration. It also allows users to switch between the new and Classic web terminals. Meanwhile, UTIP Classic includes exclusive modules like PAMM accounts and a full affiliate system for introducing brokers.

2. What should I prepare before platform installation?

Before we begin the platform setup, please prepare the following:
– Your company name (in English)
– A domain name and subdomains (e.g., for terminal, trader’s area, admin panel)
– DNS management access ( via Cloudflare)
– Logo files in required format and sizes
– SMTP email credentials for system notifications (host, port, encryption, login, password)
– Up to 5 unique email addresses for administrator accounts
– If you're purchasing the platform (not White Label), provide RDP access to your Windows Server (IP, login, and password)
– Make sure your server is clean and meets the technical requirements listed on our site.
Once everything is ready, our team will complete the installation and configuration based on your selected package.

3. Does UTIP 2024 support mobile trading?

Yes, UTIP 2024 includes a responsive, browser-based mobile terminal that automatically adapts to any smartphone or tablet. There is no need to install an APK — the mobile trading experience works instantly through Safari, Chrome, or other mobile browsers.

4. Can I use Telegram with UTIP?

Yes, UTIP 2024 natively supports integration with Telegram channels and bots. This enables automated lead notifications, client communication, alerts, and real-time updates directly via your Telegram account.

5. Can I integrate price feeds from crypto exchanges?

Yes, UTIP 2024 supports real-time quote integration from Bitfinex and HitBTC via optional plugins. It also includes free integration with one MT4 broker. In the Classic version, you can additionally enable Binance quote streaming via plugin to expand your crypto trading instruments.

6. Can I use both A-Book and B-Book models?

Yes, UTIP supports hybrid brokerage models. In the Dealer Manager, you can designate specific trading accounts to operate in A-Book mode. For this, you’ll need a live MT4 account with sufficient balance at your liquidity provider. Client orders from UTIP are automatically mirrored to MT4, ensuring zero net risk.

7. Can I switch between Classic and New platforms?

Yes. In UTIP 2024, brokers and traders can easily switch between the modern web terminal and the Classic interface, depending on user preference or business needs.

8. Can I install the platform on my own server?

Yes, if you purchase the Full or Unlimited version. With the Full version, our team will install the platform on your dedicated Windows server and perform the initial configuration for you. In the Unlimited version, you will receive full access to all platform files, databases, and source code — allowing you to install and configure the platform independently on any number of servers and domains. Please note: installation is not available for the White Label plan.

9. Is the platform tied to a specific server?

Yes, the UTIP platform license is server-locked for security reasons. If your company name or domain changes, you can request a rebranding without moving the platform. The Unlimited license allows you to deploy the platform on unlimited servers and domains with no restrictions.

10. Can I move the platform to a different server?

Yes, but a complete reinstallation is required. You will need to manually back up your CRM data, client records, and export them to the new server. Trading symbols and account settings must be reconfigured from scratch using the Dealer Manager and CRM tools.

11. What server specifications are required?

We recommend a dedicated server with Windows Server 2016–2022, an Intel Core i5 or Xeon E-2176 CPU (or higher), 16–64 GB of RAM, and at least 500 GB SSD storage. The server should have a clean OS installation without third-party software like cPanel or Plesk. This ensures optimal performance and security.

12. Can I access the source code?

Yes. Full and Unlimited Platform packages include access to the source code and platform databases, allowing you to make advanced customizations, add new modules, or integrate with third-party systems through API and webhooks.

13. Can I customize platform design and logos?

Absolutely. You can replace all logos, change interface colors, edit stylesheets, and fully modify the design. With access to platform files, you can tailor the appearance to match your company branding for a professional user experience. For White Label clients, we will replace all logos free of charge and provide a color scheme stylesheet for the web platform that you can customize.

14. Can I install the platform on multiple servers or domains?

Yes. If you purchase the Unlimited Platform license, you may install and run the platform on any number of servers and domains, ideal for brokers managing multiple brands or international operations.

15. How long does setup take?

White Label setup usually takes 24–48 hours after we receive all required branding assets, domain data, and technical credentials. Full Platform setup — including server configuration, plugin activation, and CRM integration — generally takes 2–3 business days, depending on the number of modules and the readiness of your server.
Please note: the setup process may take longer if some required data is missing or configuration issues arise. We highly recommend testing your SMTP credentials in advance, as misconfigured email settings are the most common reason for deployment delays.

16. Where do UTIP quotes come from?

All price quotes in the UTIP platform are streamed in real time from your connected MT4 terminal via DDE protocol. You can choose any MT4 broker, open a demo or live account, and use it as a data source. To ensure uninterrupted streaming, we recommend using a real account with a minimal balance, as demo accounts may expire or lose access to some instruments. For White Label clients, we can provide access to our MT4 feed if you prefer not to open your own account — please note, this setup does not allow trade routing in A-Book mode. You can also expand the number of available instruments by adding optional plugins such as Copy Binance Quotes, HitBTC, or Bitfinex, which stream hundreds of crypto trading pairs directly into your platform.

17. Can I add custom trading instruments?

Yes. If you use the Full or Unlimited Platform license, you can independently add any trading symbols available in your connected MT4 terminal through the Dealer Manager. You can also expand the instrument list by activating optional plugins such as Binance, Bitfinex, or HitBTC — each provides access to hundreds of crypto pairs. Additionally, experienced users can configure other quote sources via code-level integration. White Label users are limited to the default instrument set or those enabled by request using your MT4 broker data.

18. Which MT4 brokers are supported?

You can connect UTIP to any MetaTrader 4 (MT4) broker that supports the required instruments. The integration is handled via the DDE protocol, which transmits live quotes from the MT4 terminal running on your server. You are free to choose any MT4 broker that offers the trading symbols you need—such as forex pairs, indices, commodities, or cryptocurrencies.
For continuous quote delivery, we recommend using a live MT4 account with a minimal balance to avoid the risk of demo account deactivation due to inactivity.
If preferred, we can offer access to a ready-to-use MT4 feed connected to an active account. This is ideal for White Label clients seeking quick deployment without dealing with broker setup. Once connected, you can rename, enable, and manage symbols in UTIP without coding.

19. Can I modify spreads, swaps, and margin settings?

Yes. All trading conditions—including spreads, swap rates, commissions, leverage, margin levels, and slippage settings—can be fully customized in the Dealer Manager for each symbol individually.

20. Can I edit the quotes manually?

Yes. You can manually override quotes for specific symbols directly in the Dealer Manager. The updated quotes will be shown live on the trading terminal and charts, making it useful for testing, custom pricing, or internal instruments.

21. Can I copy quotes from Binance, Bitfinex, and HitBTC?

Yes. UTIP offers optional modules to stream live crypto quotes from Binance, Bitfinex, and HitBTC directly into your platform. Each plugin comes with a curated list of trading pairs (200–700 symbols depending on the provider), which you can manage through the Dealer Manager.
These modules provide real-time pricing and can be combined with MT4 feeds for greater instrument diversity. This is especially useful for brokers offering crypto trading without needing a liquidity provider or crypto license.
Binance offers the widest range—up to 700 pairs—ideal for high-demand crypto brokers.

22. Is customer support included?

Yes. All UTIP packages include free technical support during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (GMT). Our support covers installation, setup assistance, and operational help for all platform components.

23. Is the platform secure?

Yes. UTIP is self-hosted and includes built-in SSL encryption, optional 2FA for client access, and protection through Cloudflare. You retain full control over your server, platform files, and data—ensuring maximum privacy and operational security.

24. Are you affiliated with UTIP Technologies Ltd?

No. We are not affiliated with UTIP Technologies Ltd in any way. We are an independent provider and a competitor in the UTIP-based platform market. Our clients receive full administrative access and control over all platform modules, settings, and user management. We do not limit your business operations, and no third-party companies can interfere with or influence the platform externally.

25. Is there a monthly fee?

There are no monthly fees if you purchase a Full or Unlimited license — it’s a one-time payment, and all revenue stays with your brokerage. However, if you choose the White Label model, a monthly subscription is required. This option is ideal for those who prefer a ready-to-use platform without full installation on their own server.

26. What’s included in the base platform?

The Classic Web Platform includes: Trader’s Area, Mobile Trader’s Area, Partner’s Area, Admin Panel, CRM system, and Dealer Manager. It comes with over 200 trading instruments by default.
Optional modules include Mobile Web Platform, Android (.apk) export, iOS browser version, Windows Desktop Platform, Binance Quotes, Bitcoin Deposit Plugin, PAMM accounts, and Binary Options.

The New Web Platform (2024) includes: Modern Web Terminal, Classic Web Terminal switch, Trader’s Area, Mobile Trader’s Area, Admin Panel, CRM system with lead tools, and Dealer Manager.
Optional modules include Windows Desktop Platform, HitBTC and Bitfinex Quotes, and Binary Options.

Both platforms support unlimited trading accounts and CRM users.

27. Is mobile trading available by default?

Yes, for the 2024 platform version. It includes a responsive web terminal for all mobile devices. In the Classic version, mobile access requires a separate activation package ($500) which includes the mobile web terminal, Android APK, and iOS browser version.

28. Is there an iOS version?

No native iOS app is provided. However, both Classic and 2024 versions support mobile trading through Safari or Chrome browsers on iPhone and iPad.

29. What optional modules are available for both platforms?

The Classic Platform supports optional modules such as PAMM accounts, Binary Options, Mobile Web Platform, Android APK generation, iOS browser-based version, Windows Desktop Terminal, Binance Quote Feed, and Bitcoin Deposit Plugin.

The New Platform 2024 includes options like Binary Options, Windows Desktop Terminal, real-time quote feeds from HitBTC and Bitfinex, and enhanced CRM-based lead generation. PAMM and affiliate dashboards are not available in the new version.

30. Do I need to pay for installation?

Platform installation is free of charge for all license types.
For White Label packages, you only need to prepay the first two months of platform rental — after that, our team will handle the full installation process for you at no extra cost.

31. Is CRM included?

Yes. Every platform version includes a built-in CRM module. The 2024 version also supports lead segmentation, campaign tracking, automated notifications, and status pipelines for better client management.

32. Is affiliate management supported?

Yes. The Classic version features a dedicated Affiliate’s Room with multi-level commission tracking and custom reward structures. The 2024 version replaces this with a new CRM-based lead generation and tracking system, more suitable for modern marketing workflows.

33. What is the PAMM (Pro Investor) system?

The PAMM (Percent Allocation Management Module) system, also called Pro Investor, enables investors to allocate their funds to professional traders who manage the accounts on their behalf. This module includes flexible commission settings, real-time performance analytics, transparent profit distribution, and investor dashboards with detailed statistics.

34. Does UTIP support lead generation?

Yes. The 2024 version of UTIP includes a built-in lead generation system integrated with the CRM. It allows you to automatically capture, track, and manage leads, assign statuses, and measure conversion rates. It also supports lead segmentation and integration with Telegram bots for real-time notifications.

35. Can I integrate my own payment processors?

Yes. You can implement your own deposit methods using UTIP’s public API or connect third-party payment processors. Additionally, the platform offers a ready-made Bitcoin plugin for automated crypto deposits, which can be enabled as a separate module.

36. Do you support crypto deposits?

Yes. The UTIP platform supports automated deposits in Bitcoin through a dedicated plugin. Deposits are credited to user accounts automatically after confirmation.
You can also implement custom solutions using external processors and connect them via API.

37. Do you charge for transactions?

No. UTIP does not charge any commission or transaction fees. You retain 100% of all trading and deposit-related revenue from your brokerage business.

38. Can I connect UTIP to MT4 or MT5?

No direct integration with MT4 or MT5 trading platforms is currently available. However, UTIP can copy quotes from an MT4 terminal using DDE protocol, and you can connect multiple sources of data such as crypto exchanges. MT5 integration is not supported.

39. What languages are supported?

The UTIP platform supports over 15 languages including English, Russian, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Italian, Polish, Georgian, and Mongolian. You can activate or deactivate any language and customize email templates accordingly.

40. Can I run multiple brands on the same server?

No. The UTIP platform does not support multi-brand or multi-tenant deployment. Each brand requires a separate server instance and independent installation with its own domain and configuration files.

41. Is UTIP compliant with regulations?

The platform includes basic compliance features such as activity logs, client data control, and KYC-ready fields. These tools help you manage user activity and support regulatory workflows. However, full legal compliance depends entirely on your jurisdiction and internal policies. We do not take responsibility for the regulatory status or activities of any brokerage using or renting the platform. No documents are requested or verified by us.

42. Can I test the platform before buying?

Yes. We offer demo access to most modules, including the trader’s terminal, mobile web interface, CRM system, and lead generation tools. You can also request access to the Dealer Manager for advanced testing and configuration. To enable this, simply send us the IP address from which you'll log in — we will whitelist it to allow secure access to the admin modules.

43. Can I resell your platform?

Yes. You can refer clients or resell our platform under your brand. We provide partner commissions and discounts for active resellers. This is ideal for agencies, fintech consultants, or brokers launching new brands.

44. Can I request a custom feature?

No. We do not offer custom development. However, if you purchase Full or Unlimited Platform access, you will receive full code and database access—allowing you to develop and deploy your own modules or changes.

45. What should I check before purchasing or setting up the platform?

We highly recommend testing all the necessary modules and features using our demo environments before purchasing. We can provide access to the full system—including admin panel, CRM, Dealer Manager, and mobile/web terminals.
Please note that we are not the original developers of the UTIP platform. It is offered “as is” at a more affordable rate. We do not modify its core logic or backend architecture.
However, most business needs can be implemented using UTIP’s public API, external payment processors, and CRM integrations.

46. Do you provide hosting services?

Yes. We offer hosting services for all White Label versions of the UTIP platform. Our servers are optimized for trading operations and include security, backups, and full administrator access. If you purchase a full license, we can also help you rent a dedicated server and assist with setup, if needed.

47. Can I launch multiple brands with one license?

No. The UTIP platform is not designed for multi-brand (multi-tenant) use. Each brand must have its own server, domain, and configuration. However, the Unlimited Platform license allows unlimited installations on different servers and domains, each serving one brand.

48. Are there any transaction or trading fees?

No. We do not charge any transaction fees. After purchasing or renting the platform, you can perform unlimited trades and deposits without paying us any additional commissions. All trading profits and revenues remain entirely yours.

49. What trading strategies are supported?

UTIP supports a wide range of trading strategies including day trading, scalping, swing trading, algorithmic trading, and binary options. Brokers can offer custom account types and configure symbol parameters to fit almost any trading style.

50. How are platform updates managed?

The UTIP platform is delivered in its current stable version. We do not provide version upgrades or future updates, as we are not the software developers. However, with Full or Unlimited licenses, you receive full access to the source code and database, allowing you to implement your own updates and improvements over time.

51. What reporting tools are included?

The platform provides detailed reporting tools for both traders and administrators. These include profit/loss reports, trade history, deposits and withdrawals, partner commissions, and CRM analytics. Admins can track performance across all accounts and partners in real time.

52. Does the platform meet compliance standards?

The UTIP platform is designed to meet general compliance requirements and can be adapted to your jurisdiction. However, local regulatory compliance is the responsibility of the broker. We offer guidance and modules that support standard KYC, AML, and reporting procedures.

53. How does the liquidity bridge work?

The liquidity bridge connects your platform to external providers like MT4 brokerы. It streams real-time quotes into UTIP and allows A-Book order mirroring. You can assign accounts to A-Book in the Dealer Manager. Orders based on MT4 quotes can be sent to your liquidity provider instantly.

54. Can I use custom logos and domain names?

Yes. During setup, we help replace all branding elements with your company logos and domain. You can modify logos at any time. If your company name or domain changes later, we offer rebranding services without reinstalling the platform.

55. What if I need to migrate to a new server?

If you're changing servers, the platform must be reinstalled from scratch. However, client lists, databases, and CRM entries can be exported and re-imported. Trading symbols and settings will need to be reconfigured manually in the Dealer Manager.

56. How are trading symbols added?

In all versions of the platform, brokers add and manage trading symbols independently via the Dealer Manager. We provide a list of available symbols for which a quote stream is already configured. This list may require adjustment based on your selected broker or plugin module. For Binance, we supply a ready-made list of symbols. For other exchanges like HitBTC or Bitfinex, you must register with the exchange and confirm the symbol names. In White Label versions, symbol lists are limited by default — expanding them requires an additional module. In Full or Unlimited versions, you also get access to quote stream configuration and can set up symbol flows and data sources manually.

57. What are the branding options?

You can fully brand your UTIP platform with your company name, logo, domain, and email settings. We provide sample logo dimensions and format guidelines. All interface logos can be replaced with your own before or after setup.

58. Is technical knowledge required to manage the platform?

No advanced programming skills are required. The platform includes a user-friendly admin panel, Dealer Manager, and CRM. For Full and Unlimited versions, you can also edit source code if desired. We offer installation instructions and user manuals for setup and operation.

59. Can I stay anonymous when purchasing?

Yes. We do not require any official documents for platform purchase or White Label setup. You can remain anonymous if desired, but we recommend providing multiple contact methods in case of communication issues.

60. How long can the platform run without updates?

The platform is stable and has been in use by brokers for years without issues. As long as the server environment is maintained (logs cleared, storage available), the system will run indefinitely without needing updates or patches.

61. Is PAMM account support available?

Yes, PAMM (Percent Allocation Management Module) is available only in the UTIP Classic version. This module enables investors to allocate funds to professional traders who manage the capital on their behalf with transparent performance tracking and customizable fee structures.
